For virtual and in-person tutoring, tutors and clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the client is responsible for the tutor's reserved time.

If a group does not register the minimum number of students, parents will be notified 72 hours before the first class and offered a similar service of equal or greater value.

In order to confirm an appointment for private tutoring, you must agree to keep a credit card on file that Wagner Prep is authorized to charge for services rendered. Wagner Prep sends out invoices on the 1st of the month and processes payments 3 days after the invoice is sent.

Wagner Prep makes the best effort to send a reminder to the student or their parents at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tutoring session or mock test. We can not guarantee the delivery of any automated reminder. It is the student's responsibility to keep up with their schedule and communicate changes/conflicts with their tutor.

We offer a full money back guarantee within the first calendar month of lessons. We stand behind our engaging, energetic tutors who have helped dozens of students boost their scores.  While it is impossible to predict the outcome of a test ahead of time, our tutors will do their best to make the lessons relatable and enjoyable.

By becoming a Wagner Prep customer, you agree that you will not solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, or permit any organization directly or indirectly controlled by you to solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, any person employed by Wagner Prep at any time during the term of Wagner Prep’s provision of services to you. Any additional services desired of a Wagner Prep employee may be requested through Wagner Prep at (917) 382-0467.

Wagner Prep may record all Zoom sessions, including tutoring sessions, sales calls, and internal meetings. Sessions are recorded in audio only. No video is captured, except for small group classes, which are recorded with video to allow enrolled students to review sessions they may have missed.

A text transcript is generated automatically from each recording. Zoom notifies all participants that a session is being recorded when they join. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to Wagner Prep's administrative team. We do not share recordings or transcripts with other tutors, outside parties, or third-party services except as described below.

We use recordings and transcripts to write session notes, provide feedback to tutors, improve our training materials, and build a better understanding of what works for students over time. Upon special request, recordings of a session may be distributed to enrolled students in case of absence or review.

We use third-party tools, including Zoom and AI-assisted software, to process transcripts for internal purposes. When a transcript is processed by one of these tools, the tool's provider handles the data under their own privacy terms. We do not use transcripts for public-facing marketing or share identifiable student information outside our team.

We work with schools and institutions to provide our test preparation programs. Wagner Prep may share personally identifiable information that you provide to us through your participation in these school programs with your school, district and parents. In addition, your school may require us to share your information with others legally entitled to access your academic records, such as your state department of education.

To increase quality of instruction, Wagner Prep will share attendance records and practice test results with a student’s school counselor and/or the appropriate administration staff, who also have access to a student’s official test scores. Those with access to such records have agreed to maintain confidentiality. If statistics are released to non-authorized individuals, we will remove any identifying information.

We don't sell, rent, or share personal information that identifies our students or families except as described below.

For privately enrolled students (one-on-one tutoring, small group programs, and college admissions planning), access to student information is limited to the student, their parent or guardian, their tutor or advisor, and Wagner Prep's administrative team. We do not share information with schools or outside parties without your explicit authorization.

For students enrolled through a school or district partnership, Wagner Prep may share attendance records and academic progress with the student's school, district, or appropriate administrative staff, as required by the terms of that program. Those with access to such records have agreed to maintain confidentiality. Any performance data shared more broadly will be stripped of identifying information.

We use third-party tools, including AI-assisted software, to process session transcripts for internal purposes.
